Last Saturday was a beautiful day for a wedding. Which is great, because that’s the day that Heather and Nick picked to get married. Heather and Nick are probably the nicest people I’ve ever met. In fact, if I had a contest for nicest people I’ve ever met, they’d totally win. They’d probably also win the happiest people contest too, because just being around them makes everyone else happy. Heather has one of those laughs that is totally infectious. Even better, she laughs a lot, so hanging out with them gets you contact happy. Ever since their engagement session in Birmingham last year, I’ve been looking forward to their wedding, and not just because of how cool I knew their reception was gonna be once they told me they’d be having it at a place called Ted’s Garage surrounded by perfectly restored and maintained classic cars… which is a pretty cool idea, right? So after their really sweet church ceremony, everyone headed over to Ted’s Garage to eat some really amazing food (mashed potato bar for the win!) and dance and party. Everyone was having so much fun, the DJ had to practically throw them out (true story).
And that, internet pals, is how the nicest people you’ve ever met have a wedding so fun that nobody wants to go home. I’m pretty sure this party went on a little longer, but there are no witnesses, so it can’t be proven. I want to thank Heather and Nick for choosing to have me be a part of your awesome day. You guys really are awesome, and I have enjoyed every minute I’ve spent with you. And I also want to thank all of your family and friends for being so welcoming and wonderful to work with, and for all of your very kind compliments on wedding day. You all made me feel very welcome and I am very glad to have been there with you. Thank you all very very much.
