Today I want to introduce you to someone who is very special to me. The gorgeous grown and sexy woman (hahaha, you thought I’d forgotten!) you see here in these photos is my friend Heavenly, and that sweet beautiful man with the shy and perfect smile is her fiancé Breon. A lifetime ago, Heavenly and I worked together, and she quickly became one of my favorite people on the planet. Which is why I’m incredibly honored that she would ask me to photograph her wedding. She worked with me long enough to know better, after all. I wish I knew the words to tell you how excited I am to see someone I adore and admire so much find the perfect person for them. Once upon a time, Heavenly was the youngest person in the office and practically everyone’s kid sister. If anyone ever bothered Heavenly, they had the whole team to answer to. Losing our jobs was hard at the time, but in hindsight, it was the right thing to happen to all of us. It’s been fantastic to watch her grow up and blossom into the amazing woman we all knew she would be. And it’s kind of like getting a new family member now that Breon is here. In the few chances I’ve had to meet him, you know I’ve watched Breon like a hawk, because that’s what you do when there’s a new guy dating your little sister. And what I’ve learned is that he’s sweet and kind and gentle and absolutely perfect for my amazing friend. Which makes me very happy for her because she deserves to be treated so lovingly by someone. Congratulations Heavenly and Breon! I can’t wait for your wedding!
