Stephanie and Sri | Wedding At The Alabama Theatre

Today is all about Stephanie and Sri.  You met them a few months back when they made some really awesome engagement photos in downtown Decatur, one of their favorite hangouts.  Now it’s time to share some of their amazing photos from their weddings at The Hill Event Center at the Alabama Theatre in Birmingham, Alabama.  Yes, weddings with an ‘s’.  These two are overachievers, so they decided to have two wedding ceremonies in one weekend, one Episcopalian and one Hindu.  Because that’s how being awesome works.  Of course, the obvious assumption is that it would be a stressful weekend, but you’d be wrong if you assumed that.  Stephanie and Sri are terribly smart (I hear Sri was even on ‘Jeopardy’), so they cleverly enlisted the help of their loved ones, who happily pitched in and helped make the weekend amazing.  And to keep things relaxed and low key, they started the day off by getting ready at home, then walking the few blocks to the venue.  Which is awesome, because downtown Birmingham is super neat and we took advantage of some really unique photo ops.  And speaking of unique photo ops, keep an eye out for the photo of the couple being cheered by all the Johnny Mathis fans waiting outside the theatre for his show that night.  Possibly the best photo bomb ever.

And that is how two beautiful people known as Stephanie and Sri had two beautiful weddings in one weekend.  Congratulations Stephanie and Sri, and thank you for having me be a part of your epic wedding story.  And I also want to thank your families and friends for their generosity and hospitality and help over the weekend.  You are all amazing, and I’m honored to have been a part of your celebrations.
